I've always said that if my fiance was unwilling to take my last name after marriage, I would offer to change both our last names to something brand new as a compromise. With that said, I figure I should start thinking of some good last names.
So here it is, I'm testing them out with my (hopefully) future title
Dr. Kewtbut
Dr. Shadowkill
Dr. Pepper <-works on two levels
Dr. Awesome
Dr. Kay (JD Kay)
Dr. Wang
Any other ideas? Let me know.
